Do you often have trouble sleeping? Are you tossing and turning all night or perhaps you can't actually get to sleep? Do you have vivid dreams, yet can't quite remember what you dreamed about when you wake?
One of the recurring hot topics that our community speaks about consistently on my social media pages is 'the lack of sleep' that is occurring in 2017.
Special emphasis is placed upon people waking up at 2.00am, 3.00am or especially 3.30am each morning and then not being able to get back to sleep. Has this been happening to you?
If so, I urge you to consider that sleep is akin to meditation. Those early morning wake-up calls are perfectly timid to remind you of the messages coming to you, from soul...
SLEEP IS MEDITATION...
- If you are having trouble working through life issues during waking hours, soul will do its best to assist you in receiving answers while you sleep. This can cause restless sleep for many, as you can feel more awake at night while you are in a light meditation and conscious of the advice that is incoming. I suggest that you take ACTION STEPS during your waking hours that will alleviate some of the stress you are feeling. Take small positive steps each day to work through your issues. You may then notice that your sleep becomes deeper, as your meditation naturally also deepens.
- Consider that during daylight hours your energy field is contracting. You are meant to be taking action, as you are fired up with electrical (positive charge). Likewise, consider that during night time hours your energy field is expanding. You are meant to be soul traveling, as you are drenched in magnetic (negative charge).
- Do you avoid meditating during the day and yet sleep deeply at night? If so, you may be flowing beautifully and using your sleeping hours for connection and communication with the divine.
- Do you avoid meditating during the day and yet sleep lightly at night? If so, you may be refusing your inner direction, with soul trying to get through to you during the hours of dark.
- Do you meditate constantly during the day and yet avoid taking action? You may be getting messages during sleep that you are refusing to act upon. Are you resisting your life path?
- Do you only ever take action and resist all form of meditation? Perhaps you need to go to bed early and plan on experiencing a night full of receiving messages about your next direction?
