ONLINE HELP -- UNDERSTANDING ELIZABETH'S ON DEMAND VIDEO COURSES


EASY ACCESS PROCEDURE
Step
1. PURCHASE
Purchase your Online Course. Keep safe your email address and password as you will use these each time you sign-in. After successful purchase you will be taken directly to the Online Course access page. On the access page you will view your Online Course and download the PDF course notes. We suggest that you BOOKMARK the access page as you will view your course content here.


Step 2. SIGN IN
After your initial purchase, each time you wish to view your Online Course, please 'Sign-In' to the course access page following the steps below.

2. When the popup window with the price displayed opens, click on "Already purchased? Sign In to access" (on the bottom of the popup window).
3. Enter your email and password. (if you don't have one or can't remember it, retrieve one at https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login/showResetPassword
4. That will make the popup go away and will give you access to your Online Course.

 

Why is there a set viewing period?
We have created timed viewing periods on each of our courses. Our research and customer feedback has shown that when a time limit is set for each course, this encourages the viewer to work through the classes in a concentrated way, rather than buying a course and never getting around to benefiting from it. A timed period helps the viewer commit to watching the classes and therefore, delivers value and results. We are all about helping our customers to live empowered lives rather than just selling courses and hence, we trust that you find this method of delivery gives you a disciplined focus, clarity and a target date to dedicate your soul's growth to.


Payment in USD
Our subscription service provider, Tinypass is based in the US and thus, all payments for The Tip-Off are made in USD no matter where you live in the world. When you purchase using your local currency, the amount is automatically converted to USD using the exchange rate on the day and time of purchase. Credit card payments converting to USD may incur a small conversion fee depending on your provider.


I've already purchased an Online Course.  How do I actually view my Online Course?
Good question. Simply visit your Online Course access page (links shown above) and 'Sign In'.
The 'Sign In' window will automatically close (or press the 'close window' button shown on screen). You will then see the video classes presented on the Elizabeth Peru website and the link to download the easy to handle PDF course notes. At that point, you are signed in so you're done!

Please 'Sign In' each time you visit. You will view the Online Course videos directly on the Elizabeth Peru website - there is nothing to download.


Can I request a refund?
Please choose carefully as all purchases of our digital content, Online Courses are final and non-refundable. Please ensure that your broadband internet connection is sufficient for streaming video prior to purchase. As a guide, if you can view videos on YouTube then you are good to go. How do I change my email address?
To change your email address or password, simply login to your account at: https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login. Then click on your email address in the top right corner of the screen and in the drop-down menu click "Account Settings." From there you can change your email address and/or password.


How do I reset my password?
To reset your password go to: https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login/showResetPassword
Type in your email address and complete the security check. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Our Online Courses are quick and easy to access. There is nothing for you to download or install. Everything is viewed on the Elizabeth Peru website, keeping the process simple. The Online Courses are accessible across all of your devices with a single purchase. View on your tablet and smart phone while on the move and then perhaps continue on your laptop or desktop computer when you are at home base.

Naturally, a suitable broadband internet connection is required. As a guide, if you can view videos on YouTube then you are good to go.
